Set of three (3) JJ ECC83S short plate spiral filament design with an inherently low noise flow and resistance to mechanical noise and microphonics. This makes them ideal for combo applications and high gain stages. 

Thick mids and a little more high end than the ECC83S, making them ideal anywhere a slight mid push and added chime is desirable. Great in input stages or in all positions in vintage amps.  We used them with current Balanced triodes for phase inverter use.

A Frame Grid style High quality, low noise replacement for any 12AX7 type tube.  We use these in the first preamp position, usually V1.

The classic 6V6 traits with a tighter low-end response and very smooth but punchy overdriven tones, and can be used in applications up to 500VDC on the plates.  Dramatically reduced susceptibility to mechanical noise (tube rattle) in combo amplifiers.   

The lows are deep, big and round. The mids are very harmonically rich and natural while the highs are thick, creamy and very detailed. This tube has a tight and muscular response.   The Double Mica offers radically reduced susceptibility to mechanical noise (tube rattle) in combo amplifiers. 

The JJ 5881 is a classic 23-watt stubby bottle 6L6 variant. We use these in applications up to 500VDC on the plates which means they can be used in almost any 6L6 application.   The breakup is earlier than a 6L6 and very smooth in transition.  They have “jangle” for days! We LOVE these tubes!  A wonderful option for any 6L6 amp or classic 5881 design. 

Following the heritage of the P12Q, the C12Q is one of the most versatile speakers in the Vintage range.  Powerful enough for a cranked Deluxe-style amp yet balanced and warm, it surely is not lacking in bite.  It has been used in both single and twin configurations by countless manufacturers including Texas Tone®, Fender®, Ampeg®, Silvertone® and Supro®, just to name a few.  Standard on the Texas Tone Tweed

The C12N is one of the most important speakers in Jensen’s history. It is the top 12” speaker of the ‘Blackface Era, used by many American manufacturers in the mid ‘60s for their upper range models when the price of Alnico became unsustainable for the manufacturers.  Clear highs, solid mids, and powerful basses, it epitomizes the tone of that decade, from the surf, the rock n’ roll, the electric blues and the West Coast inspired music. Used in Twin, Bassman and Bandmaster style amps, and others.

The P10R is very important in the history of Jensen speakers. Its shimmering, yet throaty and vibrant tone is one of the signatures of the Tweed era and inspired the start-up of the British tones.  The P10R is the speaker that contributed to the magical tone of the 4x10 Bassman® Tweed amps, the 4x10 Super Tweed Amps and the equally mythical 3x10 Bandmaster® amps.  Featured on the Texas Tone Crown Prince.
